This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds while adhering to UK consumer laws.

Order Cancellation Rights
For standard Goods, You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item without providing a reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days from the date You receive the Goods or when a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the Goods.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The Goods must be in original, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Goods
The following items are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described:
Customised or personalised Goods (e.g., made-to-order EDIX saddles).
Perishable items or Goods with a limited shelf life.
Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons.
Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
Imported and Customised Goods
Special-order items, including imported EDIX saddles, saddle pads and EDIX branded items, are exempt from standard cancellation rights due to their bespoke nature.
Full payment is required at the time of order for custom or imported items.
Once the order has been processed with the supplier, cancellations are not permitted.
We encourage customers to double-check all specifications and requirements before placing a special order.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

We cannot process refunds without receiving the returned Goods or proof of return delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed using your original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds will reflect the purchase price of the Goods, excluding any delivery fees.
For non-faulty returns of imported items, a restocking fee may apply to cover return shipping and processing costs.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your Goods arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@naturallylightequitation.com with your Order details and photos of the damage.
Where possible, we will arrange a replacement or repair. If these options are not feasible, a refund will be issued.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
Goods damaged after delivery due to misuse or neglect.
Items returned without prior communication or beyond the specified return period.
Additional Information for Imported EDIX Saddles
Delivery times for EDIX saddles or EDIX accessories (including but not limited to Saddle Pads, Girths etc.) may vary due to import and customs processing. Customers will be notified of estimated delivery times upon ordering.
Restocking fees may apply for returns of non-faulty EDIX saddles. Customised saddles are strictly non-refundable unless defective.
