NLE Equestrian Shop Digital Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Digital Format:
Gift cards are issued in digital format only. No physical gift cards will be provided. The digital gift card will be emailed to the recipient or purchaser upon payment confirmation.
Redemption:
Digital gift cards are redeemable for products and services available on the NLE Equestrian Shop website, including physical items, digital products, and lessons with Andy (subject to prior arrangement and availability).
Validity:
Digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances will expire after this period.
Non-Transferable:
Gift cards cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Partial Redemption:
If the total purchase exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method. If the purchase is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use.
Lost or Misplaced Gift Cards:
As the gift card is digital, please keep the email containing the gift card code secure. NLE Equestrian Shop is not responsible for lost or misplaced gift card codes. Proof of purchase may be required for support.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Digital gift cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase. However, refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be returned to the gift card balance.
Lesson Booking:
Gift cards can be used towards lessons with Andy. Lesson times must be arranged in advance, and cancellations or rescheduling must comply with our lesson booking policies.
Limitations:
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Technical Issues:
In the event of technical issues preventing redemption, please contact us at info@naturallylightequitation.com. Proof of purchase may be required.
Fraud Prevention:
NLE Equestrian Shop reserves the right to void any gift card suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms:
NLE Equestrian Shop reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
